Transportation

The Council On Aging offers specially designed vans with wheel chair lifts to assist older adults and disabled persons with transportation needs county-wide. Trips include medical appointments, nutrition sites, grocery story, social service, general shopping, laundry, post office, bank, business, employment, visiting and the Senior Center.

Donations are welcome.

Please call 24 hours in advance to schedule all local trips. This service is available Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. with special arrangements being considered for additional times.

Out-of-county transportation is also available with at least one week advanced notice.
